Commercial Water Damage – Lafayette Office Building

Commercial water damage struck this Lafayette office building when the fire-suppressant sprinkler system activated over twenty thousand square feet of office space. In addition to the carpeting being soaked throughout, there were many ceiling tiles damaged, and some had fallen to the floor. SERVPRO of Lafayette / Louisville was called in on a Sunday evening, and we responded with box trucks and trailers loaded with water damage remediation equipment. We had enough equipment available to allow us to complete the water extraction before the night was over. We proceeded to set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to help hurry the drying process. The business was able to operate as normal the next morning, and the drying process was complete within three days.
